Initial Meeting with clinician: Fee $225
Completion and analysis of QUESTIONNAIRES: Fee $175
Computerized test of attention: Fee $250

Optional Review of Assessment Results
Fee: $55 FOR A 15-20 MINUTE SESSION
An optional meeting with a clinician to review the results and findings of the assessment with you. Discuss relevant treatment options and recommendations to support personal, professional, or educational needs.
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
The Attention Disorders Clinic of Kansas City is an out of network provider. We do not accept insurance payments. We provide a Superbill for out of network benefits from your insurance.
What is a Superbill?
A Superbill is basically a receipt of services from a healthcare provider for the services they provided and it's essential for insurance reimbursement of out of network expenses. A Superbill will provide you will all vital information your health insurance requires for reimbursement including diagnosis and procedure codes.
Check with your health insurance about out of network benefits because after you pay your deductible, you could be covered for up to 80% of medical expenses!
For instance, if your insurance offers 80% coinsurance you will only be responsible to pay the remaining 20%.
